This isn't a diet. It's a personalized plan built on real food, simple habits and changes you can keep for life.

Hi, I'm Mary Schuft. I'm a healer, teacher and nutritionist, and the owner of Makes You Stronger. I also co-own Trident Peptide Technologies with Michael Duffy. My role is to give you the tools and the support to do your own work.
