Guided ChiDo Class
Learn how to master having a calm mind while also being able to perform movements
This class is designed to bring the calm mind in a different way than the traditional sitting meditation.
Chi-Do's main-goal is to allow the individual to achieve true inner peace during your day to day life and help you to build a relationship with your chi, or inner strength.
Chi-Do will help you develop:
Practical applications for your chi
Exercises to increase your life-force energy
Movements that focus your mind and ki
Increased vitality for your life
Essential Attire
1. Comfortable, Movable Clothing:
• Fitted T-shirts or long-sleeve tops that allow unrestricted movement.
• Flexible pants, leggings, or shorts suitable for dynamic training.
2. Layers for Warm-Up and Cool-Down:
• Light jacket, hoodie, or sweatshirt for warm-up sessions.
• Additional layers to stay comfortable during breaks or cooler practice environments.
Footwear
1. Mat-Safe Socks:
• Optional for added comfort and hygiene. Ensure they are non-slip for stability.
2. Barefoot Training (Preferred):

What to Bring for a Seated Meditation Session
Preparing for a seated meditation can help you feel comfortable, focused, and fully present. Here’s a simple checklist to guide you:
1. Comfortable Clothing
Wear loose, breathable clothing that allows you to sit comfortably without restriction.
2. Meditation Cushion or Chair
Bring a cushion, bolster, or chair with good back support to help maintain proper posture.
3. Blanket or Shawl
A light blanket or shawl can keep you warm as your body relaxes.
4. Water Bottle
Staying hydrated before and after the session is important for clarity and focus.
5. Journal and Pen
Use this to write down any thoughts, reflections, or insights that arise after the meditation.
6. An Open Mind and Positive Intentions
Arrive with a willingness to sit still, breathe deeply, and embrace the experience.
7. Optional Items for Focus
If you use tools like a mala, small crystal, or essential oils to enhance focus and calmness, feel free to bring them along.
8. Good Posture Setup
If you’re bringing a chair, ensure it allows your feet to rest flat on the ground and supports an upright spine.

This course teaches you the tools and techniques to expand your consciousness so that you can explore the astral planes and other dimensions more safely and effectively. It also aids to improve meditation, conscious dreaming and journeying.
